Research request reminders
When you're requesting custom research, here are some points you should remember:
- Make your research request as specific as possible.
- Include any parameters or criteria you want us to take into account when conducting your research.
- We'll contact you to confirm your request and ensure we fully understand your research needs – we may ask for more information to better target our research and find you the most relevant resources.
- Charges will apply for research and we will provide you with an estimate before starting on your request.
